Smells really bad. Strange people hanging out
Only 2 washing machines for large loads (like a sleeping bag). One of which wasn't working right. There's an area where the wall doesn't make it to the floor; and I couldn't use the bathroom because it was flooded by at least an inch of "water".
Very clean and convenient. The owner is very nice and helpful, he even will help you get acclimated to the surrounding area.
